$2,000 Buyer Incentive Program
Clear, transparent terms for your peace of mind
- Pre-Registration Required: You must complete the registration form on this page BEFORE viewing properties to qualify for the $2,000 incentive.
- Minimum Purchase Price: The $2,000 cash back applies to property purchases of $150,000 USD or more.
- Direct Purchase Only: Property must be purchased directly through El Paraiso Realty. This program does not apply to purchases involving other brokers or real estate agencies.
- Qualifying Properties: The incentive applies to select new development properties sold by El Paraiso Realty. Resale properties and certain developments may be excluded. Confirm eligibility with your agent.
- Credit Application: The $2,000 will be credited at closing, either deducted from your purchase price or provided as a closing cost credit, at buyer's discretion.
- Execution Timeframe: Purchase and Sale Agreement must be signed within 90 days of your pre-registration date to qualify.
- Valid Receipt Required: If claiming travel reimbursement instead of direct cash back (optional upgrade), you must provide valid receipts for airfare and accommodations within 30 days of closing.
- One Per Property: This incentive is limited to one (1) per property purchase. Not combinable with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
- Non-Transferable: The $2,000 incentive is non-transferable and applies only to the registered buyer.
- Modification Rights: El Paraiso Realty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time. Pre-registered participants will be honored under the terms active at time of registration.
